Definitions

Our Services

The Company’s educational assistance and study materials are provided strictly as informational and learning aids. They are not to be used as replacements for homework, coursework, lectures, class requirements, assignments, or any related academic materials.

Customers may not claim ownership of any materials received from us, as they do not hold copyright to these documents. All study materials provided are intended solely for research and reference use.

The Company prohibits any form of academic dishonesty and will not knowingly participate in or endorse such practices. We fully comply with copyright laws, and Customers agree to properly cite and credit any text or ideas they reference or incorporate from our materials into their own work.

Website Content refers to text edited by freelance experts who transferred all rights and ownership regarding the Services to the Company, intended for publication on websites. This content is provided to the Customer, who has full rights to use it, including distributing, publishing, reproducing, or amending it. Once delivered, website content becomes the Customer's intellectual property.

Editing and Proofreading refers to reviewing services for documents submitted by Customers, involving revisions and suggestions focused on improving flow, readability, and language accuracy.

Copywriting materials refer to promotional materials, such as sales letters and articles, created to support a person, idea, product, or service. These are crafted by freelance experts who have transferred all rights and ownership to the Company. Once purchased, copywriting materials are transferred to the Customer, who may use them as desired, including distributing, publishing, reproducing, or amending. The copywriting materials become the Customer's intellectual property.

Order Placement

Verification

To prevent fraud, Customers may be asked to complete a verification process, which could include confirming billing or order-related details by phone or in writing. The Company initiates this procedure within 2 hours of receiving payment confirmation. If the Customer is unable to complete the verification within a reasonable time frame, typically within 2 hours of payment confirmation, the delivery of the Service may be delayed.

Order Instructions

The Customer agrees to provide complete and accurate order instructions, including all necessary files, materials, and access credentials required for successful completion. If the Customer indicates that additional materials will be provided, the order will be paused after payment to ensure that the expert can start work with all required information at hand. The Company will resume processing and assign an expert only once all materials are received. The Customer acknowledges that the order’s progress depends on the timely delivery of these materials.

The Customer also agrees to make reasonable efforts to provide clear, consistent instructions. Any contradictions in the instructions may delay delivery, as the Company will pause work to verify and clarify details with the Customer. The Customer understands that clarification may affect the timeline, and the Company will not be held responsible for delays arising from the need to confirm instructions.

Obscure or Rare Sources

If completing an order requires access to obscure or rare sources not readily available to the public, the Customer agrees to provide the necessary materials or access credentials within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Failure to provide these materials within the specified timeframe may lead to a delay in the delivery of the Service.

Fees and Payment

The Company’s service fees are listed on the website. If a Customer requests work that falls outside the standard services offered, or if they request amendments inconsistent with the original instructions, the Company may establish a custom rate for the service.

Payment is required upfront to initiate work on an order. The Customer understands that an expert will be assigned only after the payment is made and all necessary instructions are provided. Any delay in payment or instructions may impact the delivery timeline, as the order deadline begins only once these requirements are met.

Service Completion and Delivery

Once the service is completed, the results will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer during registration. Additionally, the results will also be available for direct access through the Customer Admin Panel.

If the Customer does not receive the results by the specified deadline, they agree to contact the Company for assistance in resolving any technical issues. A representative will help the Customer retrieve the completed service.

The Company is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the Customer’s email server or Internet Service Provider malfunctions.

Reasonable Support and Cooperation

The Customer acknowledges that failing to provide instructions or guidance during the service may result in delays in delivering the Service, for which the Company cannot be held responsible. It is advisable to check your email regularly for any questions that the freelance expert may have while working on the requested Service. Additionally, not checking messages or providing an incorrect contact phone number may further delay the Service delivery.

Deadline Extension by a Customer

If a Customer grants additional time for an expert to provide the requested Service, a new extended deadline will be established, and any lateness will be assessed based on this revised timeline.

Order Cancellation Initiated by a Customer

The Customer understands that a freelance expert is assigned to a project once the order is paid. Given the specialized nature of the service, refunds are only issued in specific cases outlined in these terms. In other instances, refunds or discounts are provided solely at the Company's discretion.

An order can be canceled at any time before payment is submitted.

If an order has been paid but no freelance expert has been assigned, and the Customer wishes to cancel, a refund of 80% of the total amount paid will be issued. However, if an order has been paid and a freelance expert has already been assigned, the Customer will receive a refund of 40% of the total amount paid upon cancellation.

Discounts and Balance

Seasonal offers provided by the Company are available on a per-order basis and cannot be combined. The Customer may choose to apply or disregard a discount offer, but the Company does not provide refunds on discounts.

Funds in the Customer’s Balance, provided by the Company, can be applied per order and per Customer and may be combined with other discounts. Customers can use these funds to cover an entire order if sufficient. They may also choose to replenish their Balance voluntarily; in which case they are eligible for a refund of any added funds. However, other funds in the Balance are non-refundable.

Guarantees

Money Back Guarantee

The Customer is responsible for providing the Company with clear order instructions and ensuring that all details regarding the Order are accurate. The Company will fully cooperate with the Customer, while the Customer must exercise reasonable care to help achieve the expected quality of the Service.

To be considered by the Company, any refund request must be submitted in writing by the Customer within 7 days after the Service delivery, either via email or through the Customer Admin Panel. After this period, the Company will not entertain any refund requests. All refunds will be processed as outlined in these terms or at the Company's discretion.

If the Service is delivered late, the price will be adjusted based on the new deadline, as the Service price is tied to specific delivery options. The difference between the original and the final price will be refunded accordingly.

Free Revision Guarantee

The Company agrees to amend the Service free of charge if the Customer believes it does not meet the initial instructions, or the guarantees outlined on the Company’s website. To request a revision, the Customer must submit their request in writing via email or through the Customer Admin Panel within 14 days of the service completion. After this period, it will be assumed that the Customer is satisfied with the Service, and they will not be eligible for a free revision.

Any additional time needed for a freelance expert to complete the requested revisions will not count against the initial service deadline. The expert may require extra time to deliver the revised work, which can be granted at the Customer's discretion.

If the revision instructions deviate from the original request or if more than 14 days have passed since the Service completion, the Customer can still request a revision for a nominal fee, determined on an individual basis based on the scope of work involved.

When requesting a revision under the Free Revision Guarantee, the freelance expert will require extra time to complete the revised Service, and this will not be considered a late delivery under the Money Back Guarantee.
